We sell vintage pieces that have been used and loved, which adds to their charm. There are likely to be some imperfections in keeping with age, although we always try to give an honest description of anything we feel is beyond normal wear and tear. 

The photographs form part of the description. Please inspect all photos carefully and ensure that you are happy with the condition before buying as we are unable to refund delivery or return costs. Please ask any questions you may have before purchase.

We handpick our pieces primarily for their unique character, colour and composition. Unless specifically stated, we are unable to provide a guarantee of authenticity of any signature or date on any particular artwork.

We do our best to accurately represent the true colours of our items, but please bear in mind that colours can vary from screen to screen and may look different depending on your monitor or screen settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor, tablet or mobile device's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

In order to minimise additional costs, we lightly dust our items before sale but they are not professionally cleaned unless stated in the listing.

The frames are provided free of charge as an addition to the artwork. This could be the original frame or a new frame. If your purchase includes the frame it is being sold 'as is' and is a complimentary addition to the sale.

Some of our pieces have the original wire and fixings on the back of the frame. We do not replace these so we recommend replacing them if you wish to hang the painting as they can degrade over time, especially if the piece is old.​

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements, including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features and delivery.​

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to make a return, please email us as soon as possible. We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the full amount, minus shipping costs which are non-refundable. 

 

Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Returned items must be suitably and fully packaged to avoid damage in transit (the original packaging can be used).

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours, with a description of the damage and photos of the packaging and any damage to the piece.
